These terms apply to your use of razinio.com and to services provided by Razinio Technologies (“Razinio”, “we”, “us”). A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to break its security, sending spam through its forms, or copying its content or design for commercial use without permission.
2. Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for guidance. They are not an offer. Your actual price is set out in a written quote or proposal based on your requirements. AED and SAR amounts are converted from US dollars at fixed exchange rates and rounded. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
- Projects (for example websites and stores): 50% before work starts and 50% before launch, unless your proposal sets different milestones.
- Monthly services (for example SEO, social media and ads management): billed in advance at the start of each month.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our fees.
- We accept PayPal or Payoneer (clients in Pakistan can also pay by bank transfer). Late payments may pause work until the account is up to date.
4. Cancellation
Monthly services run month to month. Either side may end them with 30 days written notice. For projects, if you cancel after work has started, the first payment covers work completed up to that point and is non-refundable; any work completed beyond its value is billed at the agreed rate.
5. Timelines
We agree timelines in writing before work starts. They depend on you providing content, access and feedback on time. If a delay on your side moves a milestone, the timeline moves by the same amount. If we miss a milestone for reasons within our control, we will tell you promptly and agree a remedy with you.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and timely access to accounts we need
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, images or trademarks you give us
- Review and approve work within the agreed time
7. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as website designs, written content and graphics. Accounts set up for your business (for example Google Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and social pages) belong to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods and reusable code, and grant you a permanent licence to use any of them included in your deliverables. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
8. Results
We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard and reporting honestly on results. Search rankings, traffic, ad performance and sales depend on factors outside our control, including Google, Meta and other platforms, competitors and your market. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings or sales figures.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, login details and data confidential and use them only to provide our services. We may mention your company name or show work we did for you in our portfolio only with your permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Razinio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
11. Third-party services
Our work often relies on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Daraz, Google and Meta. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or decisions made by those platforms, such as account suspensions or algorithm updates.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Terms agreed in a signed proposal stay in force for that project.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Razinio Technologies is registered. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first.
